Hi there! Welcome to my site and thanks for being here. To read about the work I've done, what I'm acting in right now, and what I'd like to be cast in next, scroll up to visit my "Film" and "Theater" pages respectively. Otherwise, read on to find out my background, what else I'm up to, and what I do when I'm not acting.
Originally from the Washington D.C. area with strong familial ties to the Midwest, I first moved to New York City for my BFA at NYU Tisch. Though conservatory training kept me pretty busy, I found time for some phenomenal extracurricular opportunities including studying abroad (Amsterdam and London), an Office Internship for the Oscar-winning documentary Free Solo (look for my name in the credits!), a Field Office Internship and PA Position for the Emmy-winning late night show Full Frontal with Samantha Bee (Season 2), a Videography Internship for Michael Moore's Traverse City Film Festival (13th year of programming), and - what I'm most proud of - a Political Outreach Assistant for the "Hillary for America" Campaign during the 2016 election. Each of these experiences was filled with their own unique triumphs and heartbreaks that taught me so much about humanity, growth, and the world outside of acting. Read about my "Thrival Jobs" to see what non-acting opportunities I've secured for myself since graduating.
Projects in Development:
The Shore House Trilogy - Written in conjunction with my fellow Shakespeare actor and "Agents: Declassified" Podcast writer/producer/director Matt Mancuso, this series of ten-minute short films explores the role of heteronormative gender stereotypes across three different genres of film. Our goal is to use the same cast (locked), crew (NOW HIRING), and location (secured) to tell three completely different narratives about male/female relationships all in one shoot. Pending funding and of course COVID-19, we plan to film late 2021 and tour the festival circuit 2022. If you'd like to learn more about this experiment in filmmaking or join our team, reach out through the contact form on this site!
To Mom - My first feature length script co-written with Amanda Kuo! Set in a picturesque lake house in Northern Michigan (location secured), three siblings reunite at their childhood home after the death of their mother. Each is at a very different stage in their life but they must work together to keep the family from falling apart. This family dramedy will feature an incredibly diverse cast of actors spanning across six decades. We are looking to cast a handful of name actors to help secure funding as well as several talented unknowns looking for a flashy debut. To hear more about this passion project as we get it off the ground and how you can get involved, reach out through the contact form on this site!
When I'm not auditioning, recording, on set, in rehearsals, or developing stories with my two talented writing partners, I have an assortment of other occupations all grounded in the entertainment industry that keep me very busy. I have worked as a Casting and Recruitment Assistant for a regional theater, a Teaching Artist for various theater education programs, and a Research and Organizational Consultant for several sole proprietorships. Mostly, I work as a Freelance Virtual Assistant that specializes in supporting fellow artists. Visit my Linked In profile for a full list of past and current clients and read the reviews below to hear my clients' experiences. If you have a specific project in mind that you need assistance with or if you'd like to learn my rates, send me an email. I'd love to help you pursue your latest career passion too!

Beyond Alicia being a tech savvy social media manager, she is so keen on the details that make a big difference. Because of her creative insights, we have seriously leveled up our social media presence. HUGE THANKS!
Victoria Townsend Parise
Artistic Programs Manager
Commonwealth Shakespeare Company
Alicia has been an invaluable member of our team, someone we can trust with sensitive work we've never felt confident delegating before. Her attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills make you feel good about leaving complex projects in her hands. She's also brought much needed flexibility, positivity and good humor as we've navigated through an uncertain year responding to covid's impacts on our programming.
Get Happy: A Judy Garland Cabaret
Hiring Alicia should be a no brainer. Not only is she incredibly reliable, diligent, thorough, and organized, but she's also friendly, fun, and clear. As an artist, our work is part of who we are, and I feel completely comfortable with Alicia representing my voice and my projects. She takes them just as seriously as I do, so when we win, we win together!
I am interested in working with an agency or manager who handles ambitious, multi-hyphenate artists based in NYC. Areas of concentration include legit acting for stage and screen, voice over acting, and screenwriting.
