The Tempest on ZOOM

So proud to be a part of Commonwealth Shakespeare Company's reading of The Tempest happening August 6th at 7pm! This company has taken big steps towards creating more accessible theater and providing theater education to the greater New England region for the past 25 years. In a time when we are examining the systemic racism and gender biases present in American Theater, it has been incredibly humbling to be involved with a company that continues to confront these difficult issues with honesty and humility. I have worked with them multiple times in the past and hope to continue to in the future.

CSC’s summer Shakespeare plays have always been FREE to the public and this year is no different! Even though we cannot safely perform on the Boston Common as in years past due to Covid-19, the entire cast and creative team will be participating in a live streamed, socially distanced, script-in-hand performance next week. Check the their site for how to watch on CSC’s YouTube Channel! The cast is absolutely phenomenal and there will also be a presentation from the original designers of the show who will be creating the sets, costumes, etc. for next summer's production. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns as I would love to have a conversation about this work with you. Stay safe!
